SHARING THE IMPACT

“Step’s has really helped me step outside of my comfort zone.”
As a high school student and Youth Program Ambassador with Step’s Foundation, Esther discovered more than just leadership—she discovered herself through stepping outside of her comfort zone.
“Having that role helped me step outside of my comfort zone, which really grew me,” Esther shared. “The atmosphere is always positive. I leave every time feeling encouraged and strengthened.”

“I’ve seen my daughter grow a lot.” Francheska wears two hats in the Step’s family: a devoted parent and a passionate volunteer. Watching her daughter grow through the program has been a transformative experience for them both.
“Step’s helped my daughter come out of her shell,” she said. “She’s learned critical thinking skills that are helping her mature.”
But it’s not just about her daughter. Francheska finds deep fulfillment in giving back. “It feels great to be involved in something that’s truly changing the community for the better. I recommend Step’s to every student and parent I meet.”

“Step’s made me a better man.”
For Smitty, partnering with Step’s Foundation was a no-brainer. As the founder of his own nonprofit, he connected with Abby—the heart and visionary behind Step’s—right from the start.
“The passion Abby has for youth lit something in me,” he said. “I wanted to learn from her. I’ve grown from it and I’ve become a better man through this journey.”
One moment stands out clearly in his memory: watching a student transform from a boy into a young man. “That kind of growth… it’s powerful. That’s the kind of impact Step’s is making.”
